Colleagues are responsible for reviewing and understanding the IT Security  Policy. Once new staff has reviewed the Policy Handbook, they need to follow these steps to complete a short mandatory quiz on the IT Security Policy: 

1. Watch the IT Security Policy Training video HERE.
2. Adjust the volume. The video may be played, paused and reviewed until comfortable with the information. 
3. Complete the IT Security Policy Quiz by clicking HERE.
4. Once the IT Security Policy Quiz is complete, ask the Office Lead to review your answers for incorrect answers. 
5. If a score of 80% is not obtained, review the Prezi presentation above and repeat the IT Security Policy Quiz.
6. Once the IT Security Policy Quiz is correct, sign the printed quiz for inclusion in personnel file.
