Once new staff has reviewed the Policy Handbook, they need to follow these steps to receive mandatory AB 474 training regarding controlled substance prescribing in Nevada: 

1. Watch the AB 474 Training video HERE.
2. Adjust the volume. The video may be played, paused and reviewed until comfortable with the information. 
3. Complete the AB 474 Policy Quiz by clicking HERE.
4. Once the AB 474Policy Quiz is complete, ask the Office Lead to review your answers for incorrect answers. 
5. If a score of 80% is not obtained, review the above presentation and repeat the AB 474 Policy Quiz.
6. Once the AB 474 HIPAA Policy Quiz is correct, sign the printed quiz for inclusion in personnel file.
