Colleagues are responsible for reviewing and understanding the Policy Handbook. Once new staff has reviewed the Policy Handbook, they need to follow these steps to complete a short mandatory quiz on the Policy Handbook: 

1. Complete the Policy Handbook Quiz by clicking HERE.
2. Once the Policy Handbook Quiz is complete, ask the Office Lead to review your answers for incorrect answers. 
3. If a score of 80% is not obtained, review the Policy Handbook and repeat the Policy Handbook Quiz.
4. Once the Policy Handbook Quiz is correct, sign the printed quiz for inclusion in personnel file.
