Once new staff has reviewed the Policy Handbook, they need to follow these steps to receive mandatory AB 474 training regarding controlled substance prescribing in Nevada:\u00a0<\/p>\n

  1. Watch the AB 474 Training video HERE.<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Adjust the volume. The video may be played, paused and reviewed until comfortable with the information.\u00a0<\/li>\n
  3. Complete the AB 474 Policy Quiz by clicking HERE.<\/a><\/li>\n
  4. Once the AB 474Policy Quiz is complete, ask the Office Lead to review your answers for incorrect answers.\u00a0<\/li>\n
  5. If a score of 80% is not obtained, review the above presentation and repeat the AB 474 Policy Quiz.<\/li>\n
  6. Once the AB 474 HIPAA Policy Quiz is correct, sign the printed quiz for inclusion in personnel file.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
